TC 7 organizes the following event:
- IEEE International Communications Energy Conference (INTELEC): This conference is the premier forum for the science and engineering of energy systems for information and communications technologies. Topics include DC power plants, powering architectures, converters, inverters, batteries, fuel cells, grounding, physical and thermal designs, and building and equipment cooling systems.
Services
Awards: TC 7 administers the IEEE PELS Energy Storage Innovation Award to honor an individual or group (up to three people) for outstanding innovations in battery and energy storage technologies that significantly exceed contemporary performance limits and have practical applications in communications energy systems. TC 7 also administers the IEEE Joseph John Suozzi INTELEC Fellowship Award in Power Electronics.
