In the automotive sector, Mobility as a Service (MaaS) has achieved significant success, supported by feedback from both end-users and stakeholders. However, the current development process for electric drivetrains and charger applications still relies on segregated simulation and testing activities. In the automotive System of Systems (SoS) domain, a streamlined approach for condition and health monitoring from design and development phase to real world operations for electric vehicle (EV) systems: powertrain components, subsystems and charging systems remains underexplored.
